Please refer to the introduction email that was sent to the email address you provided to your Association. The initial email contains a unique, secure link that each homeowner needs to follow in order to successfully activate their account.
Upon logging into your homeowner portal account, you can view a history of your HOA payments as well as your current balance by clicking on your account ledger.
You may choose to set up a recurring monthly payments by selecting a fixed amount, or by choosing the current balance. Be sure to check your recurring payments a few times a year and make necessary adjustments if the HOA's dues change.
Please look under the Calendar tab on your homeowner portal. This is where you can find the most up to date information on happenings around your community. This includes meeting times, recycle days, or other maintenance projects around the property.
Please use the Work Order tab on your homeowner portal. Be sure to be specific with your request and provide reliable contact information so we can get a hold of you if needed. If you can upload photos of the areas that need attention, we will be able to resolve the issue quickly.
Please look under the Shared Files tab on your homeowner portal. This is where you can find copies of your HOA's governing documents, meeting minutes from the previous month's meetings, and other public documents that all owners are entitled to.
Please email your property manager directly for anything related to a violation that you may have received.
