Chris Marion is a multifaceted professional, bringing 10 years of sustainability consulting and planning experience to 3.0 Management. Chris began working with HOAs as a water conservation specialist in 2017 and is continually motivated by the opportunity to maintain, improve, and enhance the infrastructural integrity of Community Association properties. Chris earned a Masters degree in Sustainability Planning from CU Boulder, and now primarily works with HOA Boards and Committees to set the strategic direction for multi-year project plans and financing strategies, while also identifying sustainability and cost-saving initiatives along the way.
