3.0 Management Welcomes Tessa Fisher to the Team

Denver-based 3.0 Management is thrilled to announce the latest addition to its growing team of HOA professionals. Tessa Fisher began with the company in early 2023 and is eager to learn the industry from our experienced leadership team. Tessa brings a relevant skillset to the company including elite organizational abilities paired with swift problem solving – talents that go a long way in the HOA business. 

Tessa says, “I’ve spent the past 5 years mastering my interpersonal skills, especially my ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with others. I hope my experience in medical office administration will translate well into providing a lively experience for both homeowners and board members. I am very excited to learn from this team and to be a part of the 3.0 Management difference!”

Erica Golditch of 3.0 Management’s Leadership Team says, “Tessa offers all the right professional qualities to be successful in the Association Management industry. Tessa is currently co-managing associations and providing in-office support as she dives into the CMCA curriculum.
