Welcoming Susan Hall as Homeowner Support Specialist

Denver, CO - 3.0 Management is excited to announce the addition of Susan Hall to their team as a Homeowner and Accounting Support Specialist. Susan began her new position on February 6th, 2023, bringing over 10 years of HOA industry as well as property management experience to the 3.0 office.

Susan's warm demeanor and ability to find resolutions in a collaborative and empathetic manner make her an invaluable addition to the team. She is passionate about helping homeowners with their inquiries about HOA assessments, owner ledgers, ARC and maintenance requests, and much more!

She is excited to use her real estate experience and knowledge to support the local community. Susan enjoys spending time with her partner of 17 years, Tim, their friends and their four rescue companions.
