John Bankovic Joins The 3.0 Management Team

3.0 Management is excited to announce the addition of John Bankovic to the 3.0 Management team! With over 20 years of experience in Facilities, Infrastructure and Multi-Family Maintenance, John brings his leadership, customer service mindset, commitment to deliver the highest quality of service and enthusiasm to the company. John’s focus will be to develop and deploy an industry leading team of Maintenance Managers and Technicians for large-scale, luxury high rise, condominium, townhome and single-family home communities. By offering comprehensive solutions for building operations, 3.0 Management’s clients stand to benefit greatly from John’s expertise in the field.
 

John Bankovic says: “Throughout my years in the industry, I have seen first-hand how problematic deferred maintenance is. About John Bankovic: John, originally from Alexandria Louisiana moved to Denver in January 2020. A father of two boys John is well know for his love of helping people. He is an outdoor enthusiast and couldn’t be happier with a fishing pole in hand and Pink Floyd on the radio.
